Privacy Policy for Fabled

This Privacy Policy describes how Loose Cannon Games LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the mobile game Fabled (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically as you play.

Account information

Email address and a password you set when you create an account
A unique user identifier assigned by Firebase Authentication
Optional display name and profile image you choose in-game

Gameplay information

Your in-game progress: account level, currencies, owned characters, inventory, achievements, match history, leaderboard standings
Choices you make in-game including selected cosmetics, equipped items, and team configurations
Server-side records of in-app purchases (if any)

AI-generated content

Text prompts assembled from your in-game choices and sent to AI image-generation and prompt-rewriting providers
Images those providers return, stored in our hosting bucket so they persist across devices

Diagnostic information

Crash reports and basic performance telemetry via Google Firebase Crashlytics
Device model, operating system version, and Game build version, used for debugging
Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics

Bug reports you submit

Any text, screenshots, prompts, or device information you choose to attach when you submit an in-Game bug report. These are delivered to our private support channel via a webhook.

We do not collect: contacts, calendar, microphone audio, camera images (other than what you explicitly attach to a bug report), precise location, SMS messages, or your phone's photo library.

2. How we use your information

Provide and operate the Game (save progress, run matches, deliver rewards)
Generate AI-driven cosmetic art at your request
Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
Prevent abuse, fraud, and cheating
Communicate critical service updates if needed

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling for marketing, or sale to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We share limited information with the following service providers so the Game can function:

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary for that provider to deliver its service.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data, follow the steps on our Account Deletion page. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and removes:

Your profile and gameplay records
Generated images stored under your account
Your authentication record

Crash reports and aggregated analytics may persist in anonymized form after account deletion, as they are not tied to your personal identity.

5. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game, contact us at the email below and we will delete the account.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transit (HTTPS), Firebase security rules to restrict access, and per-user data isolation. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access.

7. International data transfers

Our service providers may process your data in countries other than your country of residence (notably the United States). By using the Game you consent to this transfer.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (EEA, UK, California, and others), you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and associated data
Export your data in a portable format

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves. Material changes will be announced in-Game and the effective date at the top will be updated.
